1.3 If age verification cannot be completed to n786's satisfaction within 72 hours of a request being issued, n786 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

1.4 In addition to the age requirement, you must confirm the following before registering:

• You are registering voluntarily and not under coercion or deception.

2.5 n786 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. Failure to cooperate with identity verification requests may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.1 All transactions on n786 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit channels.

3.7 n786 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own fees or exchange charges, for which n786 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on n786. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.4 n786's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 n786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

11.3 Where an account is suspended or closed by n786 due to a breach of these Terms, n786 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of an investigation. 11.4 Closure of an account does not release either party from obligations arising prior to the date of closure, including outstanding payment obligations and compliance requirements.
